The conference offer of the BRANT Hotel & Restaurant provides a number of possibilities to arrange  successful presentations, trainings, conferences or corporate meetings.

Therefore, we give you a fully dedicated team of employees at your disposal, helpful at any time of your stay in our Hotel. We are convinced  that organizing a conference in the Brant Hotel will be exceptionally pleasant.

Our conference & banqueting offer includes four rooms with total area of 580 m2 and a Foyer  of 160 m2. to see the detailed dimensions of particular rooms and their maximum settings.

 

CONFERENCE ROOM

Placed on the first floor of the Hotel, in the immediate vicinity of lifts and the staircase. Its corner location makes it very bright, lit with daylight.

The area of the Conference Room is nearly 110 m2, enabling organizing meetings for up to 120 people. The Room is equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning and the conference equipment as well as audio-video systems.

BANQUET ROOM

The Banquet Room is the largest and the most representative one in BRANT Hotel & Restaurant, with the area of nearly 370 m2. The location of the Banquet Room on the ground floor of the Hotel makes it easily available both for the Hotel Guests as well as the Visitors. The Room has two separate, wide entrances from the Reception Hall /Foyer and an additional exit to the external Terrasse, perfect e.g. during coffee breaks.

The Banquet Room is lit with daylight from two sides. It is equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning system, the audio-video systems and conference equipment.

Banquet Hall with adjacent kitchen facilities allows preparing and seamless service of events, conferences or banquets up to 400 people.

PRIVATE ROOMS

Both Small Rooms are located similarly to the Ball Room on the ground floor of the Brant Hotel. Their location proves their multi-use character, as they can both constitute a part of the Restaurant as well as be prepared as separate conference rooms. The bigger room, with the area of 65 m2, has direct exit to the surrounding green area where in the summer a summer garden is located.

Full catering facilities, hotels and private green area followed at the forefront of the market building.

Recreational part allows for rest in leisure time, but it also may, however, be used as a space for the implementation of the agenda – outdoor tasks, team building outdoor etc.

We offer audio-visual equipment, professional technical, comfortable and convenient base – complete package!

Just 20 km away from the city center, transfer to the airport takes less than 40 minutes, to the train station in Warsaw journey will take up to 30 minutes.

The main restaurant, which has the ability to divide into 3 parts as perfect club area with a bar - a perfect replacement for the disco.

The area adjacent to the hotel allows organizations barbecue, bonfires, quads, paintball and all outdoor activities.
